Privacy statement for the game

This game is played online and so it is inevitable that some personal data including your IP address is transferred to our servers while connecting the lobby. We do NOT store any of this personal information on servers located in Germany and hosted by our hosting partners (feel free to contact us for more information on our partners).

When joining or creating a lobby, an unique user ID generated on first start is transferred to our servers. We can not identify you as a person using this ID but we can see, how many times you joined one of our lobbies and which levels you played. This helps us to improve the gaming experience.

You can edit your user name and this name is transferred to our servers when you play a game. The game results, the name of all players (including yours) and their user IDs are stored for our internal analysis to improve the gaming experience.

Please do NOT expose any information you don't want other players to read in your user name.

Also, do NOT use any offending words or any other possible harmful text as username. If reported by other users, offending names will be blacklisted and if this occurs multiple times for the same user ID, it will be blocked.

We do NOT send your user ID, the information on played games and their results or the player names to any other organisation (law enforcement excluded).

In case of an In-App-Purchase, your purchase is send to the In-App-Purchase server of the App Store Provider who is handling all the financial and payment issues directly with you. We only get to know, that the app user bought the premium version, but we still won't have any personal information on you.
